One-time setup + migration
Initial configuration to match your workroom, plus migration of existing data (orders, customers, etc.). Price depends on scope — we’ll give you a clear quote after the discovery call.
Monthly platform fee
Ongoing access to the platform, updates and hosting. A single fee that scales with your usage, not per-seat in the traditional sense.
Support
Support is separate from the platform fee. We’ll explain options (e.g. email support, response times) when you request a quote. Training is included as part of onboarding.
